五感で感じる、光舞う ふるさとナイトウォークが開催中。

川崎にある古民家の野外博物館「川崎市立日本民家園」と、クリエイティブカンパニー NAKED, INC.がコラボし、幻想的に息づく日本のふるさとへの旅を、デジタルアートで演出するナイトウォークです。

「ふるさと結び」をテーマに合掌造りなどの建物の歴史を踏まえ、懐かしい日本の原風景を幻想的に演出。国指定重要文化財である名主の家や、白川郷の合掌造民家、武家屋敷の門などをプロジェクションマッピング、音、ライトアップで彩ります。

川崎市の伝統的な川崎工芸アーティストたちを知り、地元の飲食店などの屋台も体験できます。

Feel the light dancing through your five senses at the Furusato Night Walk.

Japan Open-air Folk House Museum in Kawasaki and the creative company NAKED, INC. have collaborated to create a night walk that takes you on a fantastic journey to the hometown of Japan through digital art.

Under the theme of “Furusato Knot,” the event will fantastically create a nostalgic Japanese original landscape based on the history of buildings such as Gassho-zukuri. Projection mapping, sound, and lighting will be used to decorate the nationally designated important cultural property of a master’s house, the Gassho-zukuri houses of Shirakawa-go, and the gates of samurai residences.

You can also get to know traditional Kawasaki craft artists and experience food stalls of local restaurants and other stores.
