2020年8月　大分県豊後高田市ににオープンした「不均質な自然と人の美術館」は、「太陽と月の部屋」「海の部屋」「森の部屋」の3つの部屋で構成されており、その日、その時で違った表情を魅せてくれる自然の要素を取り入れた作品が楽しめます。

「海の部屋」では、東京エレクトロン デバイス株式会社の超高速プロジェクタ「DynaFlash」を用いたウォーターパールプロジェクションマッピングが展示されています。

ウォーターパール・プロジェクションマッピングとは、周期的に落下する水玉に正確にプロジェクションマッピングを行う技術により、あたかも水玉がアニメーションしているように見せる技法です。

Water pearl projection mapping is a technique that makes it look as if the polka dots are animated by the
technology that accurately performs projection mapping on the polka dots that fall periodically.
