空間デザインにプロジェクションマッピングを取り入れた、東京・築地の日本料理店「魚月（なづき）」。200台を超える大型モニターと50台を超えるプロジェクターによる大迫力の映像演出が楽しめるメインホールとプロジェクションマッピングを配した個室があります。多くの外国人が訪れるにはメインホールでは、壁や天井、床までもプロジェクションマッピングによる演出が施され、海中にいる気分を楽しめます。魚や岩などの映像を目で楽しむだけでなく、魚を手で触ると花びらが舞ったり床を歩くと水の波紋が広がったりといったインタラクティブな仕掛けも体験できます。 

更に、「鶴の恩返し」「竹取物語」をテーマにした創作料理の「日本昔話コース」も用意されています。コースが始まると、部屋の壁にプロジェクションマッピングが映し出され、物語が始まります。話の内容に沿ったお料理が提供され、昔話の世界を目と舌で味わえます。

Japanese restaurant “Nazuki” in Tsukiji, Tokyo, introducing projection mapping into its space design. The
restaurant consists of a main hall where you can enjoy powerful video productions with over 200 large
monitors and over 50 projectors, and private rooms with projection mapping. In the main hall where many
foreigners visit, the walls, ceilings and floors are projected using projection mapping, so you can enjoy the
underwater atmosphere. In addition to enjoying images of fish and rocks, you can also experience interactive devices such as petals dancing when you touch the fish and ripples of water spreading when you walk on the floor.

Furthermore, there is also a “Japanese folklore course” for creative cuisine with the theme of “The Crane of
Gratitude” and “ The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter”. When the course begins, projection mapping is projected on the walls of the room and the story begins. The cuisine is tailored to the story and gives you a taste of the
tale from the eyes and tongue.
