中部国際空港内にボーイング787初号機の展示をメインとした複合商業施設「FLIGHT OF DREAMS」がOPEN!
この中の施設、【FLIGHT PARK】は、ボーイング787初号機であるZA001の展示を中心に９つの体験型コンテンツで
構成されます。そのうちの一つプロジェクションマッピングを使用した、『Fly with 787 Dreamliner』は、787実機と館内空間をダイナミックに使用した映像と音のショー。４階の観覧エリアから見ると、建物の壁と床の境界がなくなり、現実空間が消え、やがて作品世界に没入し、まるで飛行機と一緒に飛んでいるかのように感じます。
また、その他にはボーイングのエバレット工場にいるかのような『Boeing Factory』で製造工程を学べたり、シュミレーターを使い本格的な操縦に挑戦できる『787 Simulator』などを楽しめる施設となっています。

Combined commercial facility “FLIGHT OF DREAMS” with main exhibition of Boeing 787 first machine opened
in Chubu International Airport!
This facility, 【FLIGHT PARK】 is composed of nine experiential contents centering on the exhibition of ZA001 which is the first machine of Boeing 787.
“Fly with 787 Dreamliner”, one of them using projection mapping, is a show of images and sounds
dynamically using 787 real machines and the interior space. From the viewing area on the 4th floor, the
boundary between the wall and the floor of the building disappears, the real space disappears, and
eventually, it is immersed in the work world and it feels as if it is flying with the airplane.
Besides, in addition to being able to learn the manufacturing process with “Boeing Factory” as if it is in the
Boeing’s Everett Factory, “787 Simulator” can be challenged for full-fledged piloting using a simulator.
