The “Midosuji Illumination,” a symbol of Osaka’s iconic street Midosuji, and the “OSAKA Hikari Renaissance,” which lights up Nakanoshima, are joined by various “Area Programs” held throughout Osaka Prefecture. Together, these unique attractions form a vast, interconnected network of light, illuminating Osaka’s nights in a grand project. This is one of Japan’s largest light festivals in terms of economic impact and attendance.

The facade of Osaka City Hall is adorned with 3D-mapped LED illuminations, expressing the theme of “connections between people.” Additionally, the historic Osaka Central Public Hall becomes the canvas for a spectacular projection mapping display.
