Portland Winter Light Festival will expand art installations into communities, neighborhoods, and storefronts all across the city of Portland, US from Feb 4th-12th, 2022. There is a call for participation as an artist or community partner or if you have a location or venue which is interested in hosting the arts. The call for participation is until Oct 8th, 2021. The installations can take the form of:

・Light based art installations or sculptures in windows

・Colorful and creative outdoor lighting

・Art installations in your own yard or neighborhood location

・And more!
