『アムステルダム・ライト・フェスティバル2019』は、2019年11月28日～2020年1月19日にアムステルダムで開催されるアートフェスティバルです。

この祭典では街を野外博物館に変身させ、現代アーティスト、デザイナー、建築家による多様な光のアートオブジェクト、インスタレーション、プロジェクションを展示します。ほとんどの作品は水に沿い、水上、または水の中に配置され、その他のいくつかの作品は、徒歩または自転車で来場者が楽しめるように地上に配置されます。今年のテーマは「Disrupt（破壊）」です。近くで旅行を計画している際は、ぜひこのフェスティバルを見に行ってみてください♪

同時に、次のオープンコールも既に発表されています。次回のテーマは「When Nature Calls（自然が呼ぶとき）」です。このコンセプトは、私たちが問題視し、危険であり、失望させるような行動が原因となり、自然が私たちに及ぼすであろう驚異、可能性、解決策について対処することです。

提出期限は2020年1月20日です。

The Amsterdam Light Festival  2019 will transform Amsterdam’s city into an open-air museum from 28th Nov, 2019 till 19 Jan, 2020, featuring a great variety of light art objects, installations and projections by contemporary (international) artists, designers, and architects. Most of these will be placed along, above or in the water, and several will be placed on land to be enjoyed by visitors on foot or by bike only. The theme for this year is “Disrupt”. So if you are planning a trip nearby, don’t forget to have a look at this festival.

At the same time, the next open call has already been announced as well. The theme for the next edition is “When Nature Calls”. This concept is to address the issues, danger and disappointment at what our own actions have caused and the marvel, potential and solutions nature has to offer us.
